Hope Lewis's resource list on Katrina and the law

Hope Lewis has posted a very useful resource list on legal issues that persist in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. (Disclosure: I was very pleased, as Dan Farber would be, to find our new book, Disasters and the Law: Katrina and Beyond, on Hope's list.)
